If you are interested in a pastry arts career, there are many wonderful schools
that have reputable programs available.
However, in NYC, there are only a handful of accredited schools
that offer an associate’s or bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Pastry Arts.
One of those schools is CUNY’s New York College of Technology, City Tech.
As a CUNY college, the tuition costs are significantly less than private institutions,
yet the quality of instruction and percentage of gainfully employed graduates, are top ranking.
Definitely add it to your list of potential colleges and check it out!
