Culture Events
In summer 2025 and 2023 Anthony and his off-premise catering team produced displays of delicious desserts for the annual Culture events.

Chocolate Event!
For an event in 2024, Anthony created multiple showpieces and stocked a 50 foot chocolate buffet with an arrangement of 75 different varieties of chocolate that served 2,000 guests!

Spring 2023 and Summer off-premise catering events for 50 – 300 guests

Sunny Side Up Events
For Labor Day 2023 and 2021 Chef Smith and his team worked at the Sunny Side Up events and served an assortment of desserts to thousands of guests

Chef Smith joined his colleagues at the pre-launch of The Chocolate Academy, where he displayed a table of bonbons


Caribbean Tourism Organization – Rum & Rhythm

For multiple years, Chef Smith worked the Caribbean Tourism Organization’s prestigious Rum & Rhythm Benefit events. Billed as the “Ultimate Caribbean Epicurean Experience in New York City,” they were held at the venue Capitale in Manhattan.
During each event, Chef Smith prepared specialty desserts with flavors from the Caribbean and bonbons for several hundred attendees. He also crafted ornate showpieces made primarily with chocolate, that matched the theme of the year’s event.

Custom Cake Orders
A while back, Chef Smith decided to accept requests for custom orders and soon partnered with a colleague to run a custom cake business for several years.

City Tech Events

Whenever City Tech had an in-house event he participated, such as the City Tech Chef’s dinner celebration for which he co-created the dessert, then oversaw his pastry students execute the production.

Chef Smith was commissioned by City Tech to create a showpiece and dessert table for the opening celebration of the school’s new building.
High Profile Bookings

When he first started doing catered events, Chef Smith booked a high profile gig in Beverly Hills for a television personality. For the $1500 a plate affair, Chef Smith prepared a seven-course dessert menu and constructed a chocolate showpiece.
