For the Chocolate Event in 2024, Chef Smith created four chocolate showpieces and his team stocked a 50 foot buffet chock full of chocolate. There were hundreds of pounds of pieces of bark and bon bons in all different flavor assortments. In all, there were approximately 75 different varieties of chocolate to serve about 2,000 guests!
