Anthony’s “Birds of a Feather” Showpiece, and “Simple Elegance” cake won First AND Second Prize for Pastry Presentation; The Gold Medal was awarded by the N.Y. Guild of Chefs, and the Silver Medal of the Salon was awarded by the Société Culinaire Philanthropique, for best chocolate piece of the show.
