Thanksgiving Chocolate Showpieces
Every fall season, Chef Smith is busy preparing for the Club’s annual Thanksgiving Buffet and crafting one of his spectacular chocolate showpieces. So far, he has carved chocolate pumpkins, created a cornucopia horn of plenty, rustic leaves, cocoa pods and cozy cups of cocoa, along with his signature flowers and branches. We can’t wait to see what he has created this year!
